Filters are useful for assigning tasks, for example, filtering prescription requests to be done at the end of the day or requests assigned to a team member.
Various filters can be selected at the same time in order to further give more specific search results. See the image below to see the filter options.
- Incoming - shows both new and patient-answered queries. Under incoming queries, the clinic is expected to respond or take action.
- Answered - here are listed all queries where the response procedure is in the patient's hands.
- Completed - all closed queries.
Within each query group it is possible to filter the queries according to time, responsible person and problem. It is also possible to search for the patient by entering their name, personal code or email address.
