Standard answer templates help to reduce the time spent on typing and also increases the quality of your documentation by reducing possible typing errors. 

Templates can be found when responding to your patient's query as shown below.

Choose if the template should be visible always or only for a select query type(1)

Choose if the template is only visible to you or available for your whole team(2)
