Once you have logged in to your Certific account, your home page will show the history of your queries.
To view more information about a particular query, click the arrow.
If your medical centre has not yet responded to your query, it is not possible to add any additional information until your medical centre send a response.
If your medical centre is awaiting a response, you will have the option to reply(1) or to close the query(2) if you need no further information.
If your query has been closed, yet you need to contact your medical centre again, you will need to start a new query.
