- This service is only available for repeat prescriptions. New prescriptions can only be issued after a consult with your doctor. Submitting this request does not automatically lead to a repeat prescription. The decision will be made by the prescribing medical practitioner.
- Try to submit your request 3 days before your medication is about to run out.
- Please have your medication details on hand before starting the process.
Once logged in to your Certific account, start a new query as shown below.
Choose who the prescription is for. If the prescription is for someone else, you will be asked to provide their details on the next screen.
Select your clinic from the list and "Continue".
Select the prescription option from the list.
Complete the questionnaire by filling in the required fields and inputting the medication details.
Once you have submitted your prescription request, it is possible to upload a document or photo if necessary, for example previous prescriptions or photos of medications. To learn how to upload documents or photos, click here.
